We are rapidly expanding our US network! If you don't see a shop nearby, you can still order directly from our website with confidence. We provide detailed assembly videos, and our technical support team is available via phone and email to guide you or any local bike mechanic through maintenance.
Can I order online and pick up at a local store?
Absolutely! If the model you want is in stock at your nearest dealer, you can pick it up immediately. If not, we can often coordinate shipping the bike directly to the dealer for you. This "in-store pickup" is our recommended white glove service—your bike will be professionally assembled, safety-checked, and tuned by experts so it's 100% ready to ride when you arrive.
