Warranty Claims Process
Determination
VTUVIA WILL NOT REPLACE A COVERED COMPONENT UNDER THIS LIMITED WARRANTY WITHOUT FIRST RECEIVING PHOTOS, VIDEO, OR OTHER REASONABLE EVIDENCE OF THE REPORTED DEFECT OR DAMAGE.
To submit a warranty claim:
-
Contact VTUVIA Customer Support at support@vtuviaebike.com.
-
Provide your order information, proof of purchase, product details, and clear photographs and/or video showing the issue.
-
The VTUVIA Customer Support Team will first assist with troubleshooting to determine whether the problem can be resolved without replacing a component.
-
If VTUVIA determines that a covered component qualifies for replacement under this limited warranty, VTUVIA will provide instructions for receiving the replacement and, where applicable, returning the defective component.
-
After the replacement component is received, VTUVIA Customer Support may provide reasonable installation or replacement guidance.
Unless otherwise agreed to in writing by VTUVIA, the customer is responsible for shipping costs associated with returning a defective covered component.
Replacement covered components will normally be shipped only to the original purchaser's eligible shipping address within the continental United States.
Replacement Products and Components
Replacement bikes, batteries, accessories, and spare parts provided under warranty do not receive a new warranty period.
Their warranty remains tied to the delivery date of the original product or order.
For example, if a component covered for two years is replaced after 18 months, the replacement component remains covered only for the remaining six months of the original warranty period.
Transferability
VTUVIA's Limited Warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
Second-hand bikes, private-party purchases, and products purchased from unauthorized sellers are not eligible for coverage under this limited warranty.
However, VTUVIA will continue to provide reasonable troubleshooting assistance, technical support, and replacement-parts assistance to subsequent owners whenever possible.
Stolen Bikes
A stolen or lost e-bike is not covered by this limited warranty.
We recommend using a high-quality lock and recording your bike's serial number after purchase.
Customers may register their VTUVIA e-bike through the VTUVIA bike registration page.
30-Day Returns
VTUVIA's return policy is separate from this limited warranty.
Eligible unused and undamaged products may qualify for return within 30 days of receipt, subject to the terms, conditions, fees, and exclusions stated in the current VTUVIA Return Policy.
Please refer to the VTUVIA Return Policy for complete details.
