Bought about 2 yrs ago. Ex demo bike that had done less than 100Km . New price $3500Aud. Got it for $1500 Aud . Have now done about 3500Km on it since I have had it. Its easily achieved around 70km or so on battery power alone & about 105km on both pedal assist . We keep our spd at 25km/h on road. Though it is capable of doing higher than that. Overall, Its a solid well built comfortable bike. Just needs rear suspension to give a bit more of a compliant ride

We have ridden bikes our entire lives, including 150 mile road tours, mountain bikes, home built bikes in 2018, and more. Nothing compared to my new Reindeer step thru fat tire ebike. It is an incredible beast for riding on pavement, gravel or off road trails. If can go anywhere. I had a knee replacement and it was too difficult to swing my leg over the bar. Problem SOLVED! We chose Vtuvia after my best buddy had ridden his bike over 2000 miles in 2 years. Recommend the quality, the price and excellent customer service. Charlie G

Never having ridden an E-bike before, I was a bit nervous the first time getting on my new VTUVIA Reindeer, but within minutes, I was DIGGING IT! Been riding all around our neighborhood here in Palm Desert and getting braver about taking it down the hill into town. The pedal assist is the BOMB and I love that I still feel like I'm getting a workout cuz I still have to pedal! So much fun just taking off, enjoying the great outdoors and clearing my head. Definitely going to get a basket for the back so I can stash stuff and go shopping. LOVE it
I could not be more pleased with the quality and capabilities of this bike. It is everything I expected and then some. I did a lot of research and was drawn to VTUVIA because of the quality and service. It has not disappointed me. Great bike.

We bought two of the VTUVIA bikes, a High Step Reindeer for me and a Step Through SF20 for my wife. We live in Eastern NC, so it is very apartment for the most part. We have put 300 miles on our bikes since December with no problems. Avg 25 miles per trip and still have at least 40% battery at #3 pedal assist setting.
Amazing bike, has everything you need for a safe ride day or night. Style and design is fantastic. Compliments all the time. Reasonable cost compared to the more expensive bikes.
I really enjoy my lightweight bike. It's perfect for me. I am 5'7" and 62 years old. I try to ride it at least a couple of times a week. I love the pedal assist on climbs.
