We really like the pedal assist. You can run 10 mph with 5 mph effort. Now wind nor hills matter. If only we had a good off road trail near by. The bikes appear to be very well made. We rented this model in South Dakota to ride the Mickelson Trail. When we got home we ordered the same model. A trial makes a sale.

This is our second pair of ebikes from this company and we love them! Our first set were destroyed in hurricane helene, so of course we had to replace them. These are upgraded from the originals and even better!. Comfortable for short and tall riders! I'm 4'11 and my husband is over 6 feet and we ride the same model. The fat tires make for a very comfy ride. Love how the sturdy front basket is stationary on the frame rather than on the handlebars. We add rear baskets for our little dogs to ride with us and make a day of it. If you are debating which ebike to purchase we 100% recommend Vtuvia!

The basket hit the handle bar neck when turning right and left! Replacing the bolts with longer one’s with a spacer solved the problem.

This e-bike is fantastic. I use it almost every day to take my dog out around the neighborhood or nearby trails. It’s easy to get on and off, which I love since I’m not that tall. The ride feels stable, and the fat tires handle different paths really well—pavement, gravel, even some light grass. It folds down easily when I need to take it in the car or RV, and the rear rack works great with my dog’s travel backpack. The battery lasts a couple of days between charges depending on how far we go, and recharging doesn’t take too long. My bike when I put it together the rear rack was not in box . I called and they said it didn’t come with it. My parts list and when I ordered said it came with it. I am not happy I paid a lot of money and I should get a rear rack with it. They are giving me the run around. Please can you help me jill Swanson
The weather finally cleared after having my bike for several weeks I got to go out on it yesterday. It was a lot of fun I can’t wait to get out on it more often. I am very satisfied with the bike my only issue was the instruction manual was not very clear or have every thing listed in it even more so when it came to the accessories so it caused me to do things a couple of times until I got it right.

The directions are somewhat unclear to follow. It was helpful after I contacted customer service and they emailed me the video. It seems a better design would be a slot to line up the handlebars so you wouldn’t know exactly how to position them.
Really like the bike. Easy to assemble. Two minor complaints: Grips were uncomfortable and the pedals are to small. I installed new grips and larger pedals to day and they transformed the ride. Very happy

Me & my family all have them and we love them. This last one we ordered though. The front forks are a little loose and we can't seem to get it to tighten up. The bolt is already very tight. But otherwise, the bikes are great....

My kids bought this bike for me as a Christmas present. I didn't know if I would like an electric bike but I gave it a try and really liked it. I've put over 1000 miles on this bike so far and plan on putting thousands more on it. I did make one change to the bike. The front fender is positioned to far forward. I tilted it back as far as I could. I had to make a new slot and mounting hole for the bracket which wasn't to hard. The reason I did this was because whenever I drove through a puddle water would splash up and get me wet. Tilting the fender back solved this problem. I included a picture of my bike so you can see the change I made.
My wife and I bought 2 of the sf20 foldable bikes. We have gone 80 miles so far. The battery life has been good so far the first charge we got 40 miles in pedal assist level 3 and mostly gear 5. The speed has been great between 20 and 28 mhr with ease. Have had a tough time getting the breaks right on my wife's bike so that they dont squeak, but still adjusting. Otherwise it's been a great purchase.

I haven't had a chance to ride a whole lot as of yet. The bike seems very solid and well made. I am a senior citizen so am being very careful to have my seat etc adjusted perfect. My only struggle is getting my leg up and on my pedal when starting out. It may be due to the height of my seat. I did ride it in a straight a way up to 20 mph. It rode very smooth and stable. I do want to give a huge shout out to their customer service. I have had a couple questions and my e-mails have been answered within hours.

Such a fun bike to ride. Super easy to assemble Out of the box. We live on a pretty steep street, and the bike rips up the hill with just a little effort. Battery life has been great and easy to charge.
Rode it for the first time on different surface/terrain. This did not disappoint me! I like that it has a lot of power when needed. I like a powerful bike but not too powerful that it will be hard to control or maneuver. I like that I can still pedal and sweat for as long as I want to and use its power when I need to breathe and take a break or when going a steep hill! I am 57 and more of a beginner/intermediate rider.
