VTUVIA Trade-In Program allows eligible riders to trade in their current e-bike and apply its evaluated value directly as a discount toward a new VTUVIA e-bike.
Whether you are looking for a more comfortable ride, better stability, or a new riding experience, your current e-bike can help you move toward your next VTUVIA.
Important Information
Trade-in value can only be applied toward the purchase of a new VTUVIA e-bike.
We do not provide cash payouts for trade-in evaluations.
If you choose not to purchase a new VTUVIA e-bike, we can only provide an evaluation of your bike's estimated value.
Who Is Eligible?
Our Trade-In Program is designed for riders who want to upgrade their current e-bike to a new VTUVIA ride.
Any Brand E-Bike
Your current e-bike does not need to be a VTUVIA. We accept eligible e-bikes from any brand.
Rideable Condition
Your e-bike must be working properly and safe to ride. Bikes that cannot operate normally may not qualify.
Proof of Ownership
You must provide proof that you legally own the e-bike, such as a purchase receipt or order information.

Bikes with major damage or unable to ride may not qualify.
