Note:
- Does not come with a charger.
- The original charger is suitable for all 4 capacity batteries.
- Riders must be over 175 cm tall to custom-make a 20Ah battery. Riders shorter than 175 cm are not advised to order a 20Ah battery, as this would require raising the seat post—that is, raising the seat to its highest position. In addition, to ensure compatibility, the 20Ah battery must be used with a dedicated mounting rail and lower support; please note that these two accessories are not compatible with other battery capacities.
- The customization cycle for the 20Ah battery is about 2 months, and the shipping time is approximately 15 business days. If you prefer to avoid waiting, we kindly suggest refraining from placing an order. Please consider carefully before purchasing.
- The battery key should be in the "ON" position whether you are placing the battery on the e-bike frame for a ride, measuring the voltage, or checking the remaining battery power.
- All accessories are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

Needed the battery after about 5 years with the bike. Wish it was cheaper.

Love this bike. I like the way the battery is behind the seat out of the way. the bike has a lot of power which makes the tough hills flatten out. Highly recommend this bike not only functionally but good looking.

Ordered on Thursday evening and arrived on Monday. I put two bikes together within an hour (30 mins each). I charged the batteries during setting and was riding immediately after tightening the last screw. Love our bikes.
