• The original charger is suitable for all 4 capacity batteries.
• Riders must be over 175 cm tall to custom-make a 20 Ah battery. Riders shorter than 175 cm are not advised to order a 20Ah battery, as this would require raising the seat post—that is, raising the seat to its highest position. The customization cycle for the 20Ah battery is about 2 months, and the shipping time is approximately 15 business days. If you prefer to avoid waiting, we kindly suggest refraining from placing an order. Please consider carefully before purchasing.
• The battery key should be in the "ON" position whether you are placing the battery on the e-bike frame for a ride, measuring the voltage, or checking the remaining battery power.
• All accessories are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
