WARRANTY & RETURNS
*The frame and the motor are 1 YEAR warranty, Electrical system: 1 YEAR warranty the same.
*If by any chance you want to return it, we supply USA address to accept your return for the order within 30 days.
*If it is the e-bike's problem that caused the return, we will pay for the return shipping fee.
- If the e-bike is in good condition, it is the customer's reasons that want to return, the shipping fee should be paid by the customer.
- Shipping damage must be reported to us within 30 days of arrival. This applies to all products, including bicycles and accessories.
- Incorrect maintenance, failure to take necessary precautions, exposure of bicycles and batteries to severe weather conditions, such as very humid, hot or cold environments may invalidate the warranty.
- Unauthorized changes or repairs are not included and may invalidate this warranty.
- Parts (chains, tires, wheels, inner tubes, battery handles, brake pads, cables and shells, handles and spokes) that will wear out under normal use are not covered by the warranty.
- You are responsible for replacing and maintaining these wearing items.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and send your item to our technical support address. The return e-bike should in good shape, not effect our second sell.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
