All eBikes come with a charger, only purchase if you want an extra charger or need a replacement.

• Not universal; USA plug, only applicable to specific models of VTUVIA. Please select the charger model for your ebike model.

• Before purchasing a charger, use a multimeter to test the battery voltage to determine if it's a battery or charger problem.
• All accessories are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

Serious Reminder:

• Please use the VTUVIA dedicated charger to charge, and do not use other products.
• Connection Order: "Bike First, Wall Last"
  This is the most important rule to prevent dangerous electrical arcs at the connector.
• Disconnection Order: "Wall First, Bike Last"
  When charging is complete (the charger light usually turns green), reverse the connection order.
