- The customization cycle for the 17.5AH and 20AH batteries is about 2 months, and the shipping time is approximately 15 business days. If you prefer not to wait, we kindly suggest not placing an order. Please consider carefully before purchasing.
- Use for VTUVIA New SN100 and New-SJ26, the old SJ26 (purchased before 2022) and old SN100 (purchased before 2022) can't be used. If you don't know when you bought it, please send us a photo of the whole ebike, the battery barcode, and the whole battery for reference.
