Description:

• Keys and battery locks have a number on them and are unique, so all keys must be customized.
• To ensure the security and accuracy of your order, please provide a full photo of the e-bike and the key code on the battery lock.
• A set of keys consists of 2 keys. All keys are custom-ordered and crafted specifically for you upon order placement.

Timeline:

• The production cycle for your customized key is approximately 3-4 weeks. Delays may occur due to long holidays or other unforeseen circumstances.
• Customized keys take approximately 7-10 business days to ship from our Asian factory to the customer's address.
