• Keys and battery locks have a number on them and are unique, so all keys must be customized.
• To ensure the security and accuracy of your order, please send a full photo of the e-bike and the key code on the battery lock to our email address: support@vtuviaebike.com.
• A set of keys consists of 2 keys. All keys are custom-ordered and crafted specifically for you upon order placement.

Timeline: 

• The production cycle for your customized key is approximately 3-4 weeks. Delays may occur due to long holidays or other unforeseen circumstances.
• Please note that the customized keys take approximately 7-10 business days to ship from our Asian factory to the customer's address. Depending on your location, customs duties or taxes may be applicable and are the recipient's responsibility.
